Payment Reminder for 2025/26 HWCA Membership Dues

Payment Reminder for 2025/26 Membership Dues

Thanks to everyone who has already promptly paid their membership dues for 2025/26.  A friendly reminder that we still have 78 members who have not yet paid for their membership dues.  Invoices were sent by email (a handful by mail) June 28th to July 2nd.  The current dues are $250 for a developed property and $125 for an undeveloped property.

Please check your email for your invoice(s) and E-transfer payment as soon as possible to clear these outstanding balances.  E-transfers should be sent to treasurer@hwca.ca.  If you are unable to E-transfer, please put a cheque in the lower mailbox at the clubhouse, or mail it to the clubhouse address on your invoice which is:

Clubhouse Care – Please?!

A reminder to everyone using the Clubhouse, whether a private function, a weekly get together or those just popping in to use the restrooms:
PLEASE leave the Clubhouse as you found it (or maybe even a little better). We ALL need to show pride of ownership and leave the Clubhouse clean and tidy.
Recently, taps and fans were found running when no one was inside. It shouldn’t be the responsibility of volunteers to be constantly checking and then rectifying problems.
It’s everyone’s responsibility to keep the Clubhouse in good condition.
