Clubhouse Bookings, Tennis Court Keys and Clubhouse Access Codes

Hello fellow HWCA Residents

We have recently taken over a few activities related to our Clubhouse.  We thought we’d update everyone on our responsibilities and how to go about requesting access.

HWCA Calendar – Linda keeps this calendar updated based on information provided by the Social Committee and private bookings by Members. Here’s the link for the HWCA Calendar:  HWCA Calendar

Clubhouse Bookings – Linda is coordinating private bookings of the Clubhouse.  Bookings are accepted based on following the current government guidelines (currently capped at 25 individuals maximum indoors).  All information related to bookings can be found under the Members section of the HWCA website under “Facility Booking”.  The first thing you need to do is click on the calendar to see if the date you’re interested in is available.  If so, your next step is to complete the rental agreement.  I (Linda) will be in touch with you once I have received the completed agreement. Keys for Tennis/Pickleball Court – Linda is responsible for issuing these keys.  If you’d like a key, head to the “Tennis/Pickleball Court” section found under Members on the HWCA website.  There you will find an agreement form to complete and once I receive the completed form, I will be in touch with you to arrange for payment ($10) and to give you your key.  Remember, if you move, keys are to be returned to a Board Member.

Clubhouse Access – Jon is responsible for providing members with a code to access the Clubhouse.  If you need a code, please email security@hwca.ca and he will respond.  This process will be updated under the Members section of the HWCA website under “Clubhouse Access” shortly (Jon isn’t quite as efficient as Linda is 🙂 )
