The Coldest Night of the Year is an annual United Way fundraising event to support local people experiencing hurt, hunger and homelessness. Grand Bend residents can now participate in their own version starting at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 25th. There are three walks of 1, 2, or 5 kilometers. Team leaders can get a toque which can come in handy down on the beach. Participants can gather at the Colonial Hotel at the corner of Main St and Hwy 21 at 4:30 to register their teams. Hope to see you there.
