Notice to Members: Community Engagement and Maintenance Initiative
To maintain and improve the clubhouse and grounds, it’s time to shift expectations within HWCA. A Community Engagement and Maintenance Initiative was introduced at the AGM on Friday, June 26, 2026. Rather than relying solely on the board, we’re encouraging members to take part in keeping our property clean, functional, and welcoming. Sharing the responsibility will help us respond more quickly to ongoing needs.
More community involvement will help us:
• Reduce pressure on the board
• Keep the clubhouse and grounds in better condition
• Encourage ownership and teamwork
• Help maintain property value and enjoyment

The pan is almost brand-new, used only once! The All Clad name is known for its excellent quality & is considered premium cookware. They use this brand on many cooking shows!
Included with the pan is a non-stick rack & a thermometer. Perfect to feed large crowds for holidays! You will be totally covered whether it’s turkey, roast beef or pork! The V-shaped roasting rack allows for additional potatoes or veggies to be added to the bottom (just like Mom used to do)! Great pan at a great price!
