It is with regret the HWCA Board is cancelling the September 25th Annual General Meeting planned to be held at the Clubhouse. Many factors were considered in making this decision. In the end, the health and safety of our HWCA members is the highest priority.
Within the next 10 days every member property will be sent an email electronic package or Canada Post package with instructions on how to vote on the items mandated in our Bylaws. A form will be included so you can record and submit your “Yes” or “No” vote on each item.
