For Property Owners in the Tornado Impacted Areas –
On Tuesday, September 23rd/14, a representative from the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) will meet individually with property owners in the tornado impacted areas who wish to discuss the damage to their property and how, or if, this damage would be reflected in their property assessment value. Please note: trees do not form part of the assessment on your property. The Lambton Shores Chief Building Official will also be available to discuss any issues relating to the tornado damage caused to homes or structures. Appointments will be held at the Grand Bend Municipal Office (lower level). To schedule an appointment with either the MPAC representative or our Building Inspector, please call Julie Wiseman, in the Grand Bend Office at 519-238-8461 by 12:00 Noon Monday, September 22nd/14.
