Doug Bonesteel wanted Huron Woods residents to be aware of the following information:
A company is contacting residents in the area about setting up appointments to get their drinking water tested. This company is claiming that the water is unsafe and pressuring people to buy expensive “filtering/treatment” units. Generally they have been approaching seniors.
This company is in no way affiliated with Lambton Shores or OMI. Lambton Shores water is tested regularly and meets all appropriate regulations. Lambton Shores/OMI do not take water samples from private residences.
