We now have the authorization forms FOR MEMBERS TO SIGN to allow our HWCA lawyer to add the Huron PLACE EASEMENT For pedestrian access only TO your deed.
Please meet me at the clubhouse on one of the following dates to sign the authorization FORM:
A. Saturday october 8, 2011 10:00 Am – 3:00 PM
B. Sunday , October 9, 2011 10:00 Am – 2:00 PM
C. Monday, October 10, 2011 10:00 Am – 2:00 PM
D. Friday, October 14, 2011 4:30 Pm – 7:00 PM
E. Saturday, October 15 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
NOTE:
· If there is more than on person’s name on the deed then signatutres of all parties are requried on the authorization form.
· If you are not able to attend any of these dates please contact me to make alternate arrangements.
